Exiting Windows S Mode

  1. Open a Web Browser and visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-US/Windows/Experience/Platform-variants/switching-out-of-s-mode-in-windows
  2. Choose your Operating System (Windows 10/Windows 11)
  3. Select
    Open Microsoft Store

  4. Select Get to switch out of Windows S mode

    Troubleshooting

    ‘Get’ button does not appear

    If you see a message: Check with your IT or system Administrator, please follow the steps below.

  5. Open Windows Settings
  6. Select Accounts
  7. Select Access Work or School
  8. Select the drop-down next to piedmont.intr 
  9. Select
    Disconnect
    DisconnectAccount.png

  10. Please proceed to try the first section again.
