Managing your Desk Phone

Change Greeting

• Dial 6650, wait for auto-attendant and then press #
• Enter your extension (if prompted)
• Enter your Voicemail Password

  Default is 1234

• Wait for Main Menu options and press 7 to change your greeting

Move Extension

Demorest ➝ Athens

• Press the Speaker button
• Press the Voicemail button
• Press # to override the current extension
• Enter your extension number (e.g., 1152)
• Enter your Voicemail password
• Dial 731

Move Extension back to Original Location

• Press the Voicemail button
• Enter your Voicemail Password
• Dial 732

I Forgot to move my Extension back to original location

• Phone will say Anonymous
• Press the Voicemail button
• Put in your Extension and your Voicemail password, then press #
• Dial 731
