Open a Shared Mailbox (MacOS)

  1. Open Outlook
  2. Right-click your Piedmont Email Address and select Account Settings

  3. Select the + icon at the bottom left and select Open Shared Mailbox

  4. Finally, type the name of the Shared Mailbox you wish to open, and select
    Add
    SharedMailboxMacAdd.png
  5. The Shared Mailbox will now be displayed under your Piedmont Email, in the left column!
